After the inventory has been submitted the next step would be to detail any special requirements that you may have, such as a need for our professional packing services, items requiring special handling, stairs or problems with access for the truck.

Standard long distance moves include the following services free of charge:

· Guaranteed rates per pound or cubic foot
· Door-to-door pick up and delivery
· Loading and unloading
· Disassembling and reassembling
· Blanket wrapping of all your furniture
· Labeling with an inventory list
· Storage of up to 30 days (if needed)
· No charge for fuel, tolls or mileage
· No extra charge for overtime, weekends or nights
· Basic liability insurance coverage
· Additional insurance coverage available

Optional Services:
· Partial or full packing
· Long carry/stair carry/shuttle service
· Special handling of delicate items such as pianos, antiques, pool tables, Jacuzzis, fine arts, and unusually bulky items.

Progressive Moving & Storage uses an inventory tracking system. When we arrive at your home, the foreman will write an inventory of all of your belongings. Each item will be tagged and numbered. You will be given a copy of this inventory to use at your destination to make sure all your items have arrived safely.
